Halloween Havoc Contest

HALLOWEEN HAVOC CONTEST

Halloween is right around the corner.  For those of us who have kids, we'll be taking them trick or treating and sorting through giant bags of candy (like me).  Some will be going to costume parties or watching scary movies.

This year I'm giving us adults a special present.  Instead of trick or treat bags full of candy, Book Monster Reviews is giving away 5 trick or treat bags full of SWAG.  :-)
I have tons of SWAG donated by Pamela Palmer, Caridad Pineiro, Em Petrova, Alexandra Ivy, Virna DePaul, Amanda Ashley, Elisabeth Naughton, Jennifer Lyon, Devyn Quinn, Jennifer Ashley, Donna Grant, Darynda Jones, JD Tyler, Lisa Renee Jones, Ednah Walters, Dianne Duval, Gayle Donnelly & Robin Mackenzie, Sohie Jordan, Caris Roane, Michelle Hauf and I'm also giving away 5 Book Buddy mini pouches made by Erika Hayden.

TO ENTER:  Leave a comment on this post with your email addy and tell me:

1) What scary movie or character scares the crappers out of you.
(for me it's Michael Meyers from the Halloween movies. That mofo scares the shit outta me.  I still have nightmares about him chasing me.)

Contest will be open until Midnight EST on Monday October 31.  Winner will be announced on Tuesday 11/1.

Hmm....well, I am not really a scary movie kinda person, so all of them creep me out. If I had to pick the one that scares me most, it would be...probably The Omen. Why are little kids so freaking scary? LOL

For me it is a childhood movie. Night of the Living Dead. Never got over the scare of it to this day. Ironically though I love me some paranormal books. But, the only Zombie books I like have to have humor. lol

Mine is a toss up. I seriously hate hate hate Nosferatu. Don't get me wrong I love vampires any way I can get them BUT this black and white movie that Vampire scares the *bleep* out of me as does the vampire in Salems Lot. I think its because he reminds me alot of Nosferatu... Now Michael Myers scares me and yet I still watch him in fact been watching a halloween marathon on AMC as we speak

Nightmare on Elm Street scared me as a kid. I know I should have never watched it. It's the original movie that I am talking about. Not that bad remake that couldn't scare a fly. I think what got me most was that Freddy could get to you in your sleep. The one place that as a kid you feel safest. And who can forget that creepy song that them girls sang. OMG that scared me by itself. Guess what I will be watching Halloween. Yep Nightmare on Elm Street. I haven't learned my lesson yet. Thanks for the giveaway.

Paranormal Activity really scared me. It was the first horror movie I'd seen that has a home video style film to it, and it made it seem that much more real. It was like a peek into a couple's real-life horrors and it made me think it could be real and happen to anyone.
